Battery Voltage High/Low

The vehicle electrical system voltage supplied is within the range of 10-16 volts. Above or below that voltage range, the DTC B1317 (battery voltage high) or the DTC B1318 (battery voltage low) will be set.

Voltage is supplied by the battery junction box (BJB) through circuit 533 (TN/RD) (ignition feed), circuit 534 (YE/LG) (hot at all times) and circuit 532 (OG/YE) (hot at all times). Ground is provided through circuit 530 (LG/YE).
