Transmission Fluid Cooler Tubes: Installation

- Install the fluid cooler tube(s).
- Tighten to 27 Nm (20 lb-ft).
- Connect the fluid cooler tubes to the bracket.
- Install the fluid cooler tubes to the retainer.
- Connect the fluid cooler tubes to the radiator and the auxiliary fluid cooler if equipped.
- Install the secondary latches onto the cooler tubes.
- Position the air deflector and install the fasteners.
- Position the skid plate and install the bolts (4WD vehicles).
- Tighten to 15 Nm (11 lb-ft).
- Fill the transmission with clean automatic transmission fluid specified for this transmission.
- Check for leaks.
