- With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING AND LIFTING article.
- Using the special tool, remove the catalyst monitor sensor.
- To install, tighten to 46 Nm (34 lb-ft).
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Apply anti-seize to the threads of the catalyst monitor sensor.
NOTE:
If necessary, lubricate the catalyst monitor sensor with penetrating and lock lubricant to assist in removal.
