PINPOINT TEST W: Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Systems: Introduction

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- harness circuits: VPWR, VREF, EGR, EGRMC and SIGRTN
- EGR actuator
- powertrain control module (PCM)
