Bumper Cover - Front

    All vehicles 

  1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING & LIFTING .
  2. Remove the 6 pin-type retainers (3 each side).
  3. Remove the 8 fender splash shield screws (4 each side).
  4. Remove the 4 air deflector bolts.

    5. Zephyr only 

  5. Remove the 5 bolts from the top of the radiator grille.

    6. Fusion and Milan only 

  6. Remove the 2 bolts and the 2 pin-type retainers from the top of the radiator grille.

    7. All vehicles 

  7. If equipped, disconnect the fog lamp electrical connectors.
  8. Remove the front bumper cover.
  9. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
