Removal and Installation

With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING & LIFTING .
Remove the front bumper cover. For additional information, refer to BODY SYSTEM - GENERAL INFORMATION .
Disconnect the transmission fluid cooler tube clamps and disconnect the rubber hoses from the auxiliary cooler.

Remove the bolts for the auxiliary and remove the cooler.
- To install, tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).

Fill the transaxle with clean automatic transmission fluid.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
