Test C: Power Seat Moves But Is Loose

WARNING: Vehicle is equipped with seatback-mounted air bags. Deactivate air bag system before performing any service operation involving seat components. See AIR BAG RESTRAINT SYSTEMS article in RESTRAINTS.
CAUTION: Air Bag Simulator (40-009) MUST be connected to all air bag floor harness connectors. After diagnosis/repair, air bag simulator must be removed prior to operating vehicle.

Turn ignition switch to LOCK position. Check fastening hardware for proper installation. If hardware is loose, tighten hardware. If hardware is not loose, replace seat track assembly. See SEAT TRACK  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
