Pinpoint Test B: The Parking Brake Will Not Hold On A Grade

B1 CHECK THE PARKING BRAKE OPERATION ON LEVEL GROUND
- Operate the parking brake.
- Does the parking brake hold the vehicle?
Yes : GO to B2.

No : REFER to PARKING BRAKE CABLE ADJUSTMENT .
B2 CHECK THE PARKING BRAKE OPERATION ON A GRADE
- Operate the parking brake.
- Does the parking brake hold the vehicle?
Yes : The parking brake system is OK.

No : REFER to PARKING BRAKE SHOE ADJUSTMENT .
