Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the A/C compressor manifold and tube bracket nut and position the A/C compressor manifold and tube aside.
  2. Remove the oil level indicator.
  3. Remove the stud bolt and the oil level indicator tube.
    • Remove and discard the O-ring seal.
    • To install, tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
    4. NOTE: Install a new O-ring seal and lubricate with clean engine oil.
  4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
