Test F: Flash With Last Switch Pressed, No Dynamic Pull Occurs & Speed Control Inoperative

NOTE: After making any repairs, retest system for proper operation.

Ensure speed control cable is attached to throttle body. If speed control cable is attached correctly, go to next step. If speed control cable is not attached correctly, reconnect speed control cable.
Inspect speed control cable for sticking or binding. If speed control cable checks okay, replace speed control servo/actuator. If speed control cable does not check okay, replace speed control cable. See SPEED CONTROL CABLE under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
