Removal and Installation

- With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING AND LIFTING .
- Drain the engine coolant. For additional information, refer to ENGINE COOLING .
- Remove the RH running board brackets.
- Remove the 4 heater hose front and rear clamps.
- Remove the auxiliary line front bracket.
- Remove the auxiliary line rear bracket nut.
- Remove the auxiliary line rear bracket.
- Remove the 3 auxiliary line center bracket bolts.
- Remove the 3 auxiliary line center brackets.
- Remove the auxiliary heater outlet line.
- Remove the auxiliary heater inlet line.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Lubricate the coolant hoses with plain water only, if needed.
- Fill the engine coolant level. For additional information, refer to ENGINE COOLING .
