Crankshaft Pulley: Installation

- Using the special tool, install the crankshaft pulley.
- Using the special tool to hold the crankshaft pulley, install a new crankshaft pulley bolt.
Tighten the bolt in 2 stages.
- Stage 1: Tighten to 45 Nm (33 lb-ft).
- Stage 2: Tighten an additional 85 degrees.
- Position the power steering fluid cooler and install the bolts.
- Tighten to 11 Nm (8 lb-ft).
- Install the accessory drive belt. For additional information, refer to ACCESSORY DRIVE .
- Install the fan shroud. For additional information, refer to ENGINE COOLING .
