Primary and Secondary Variator Covers: Disassembly

Primary variator cover

Remove the retaining clip and remove the primary cover forward clutch feed tube.

Remove and discard the 2 square cut seals, the O-ring seal and the retaining clip from the primary cover forward clutch feed tube.

NOTE: Do not reuse feed tubes with bonded seal.

Remove and discard the primary variator cover feed tube.
Secondary variator cover
Remove and discard the square cut seal from the secondary cover.

Clean and inspect the cover.
