Removal and Installation

NOTE: Make sure the headlamp switch and the ignition switch are in the OFF position.

  1. Remove the radiator side air deflector.
    • Remove the pin-type retainer.
  2. Disconnect the daytime running lamps (DRL) resistor electrical connector.
  3. Remove the DRL resistor bolt and the DRL resistor.
    • To install, tighten to 5 Nm (44 lb-in).
  4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
