Removal and Installation

NOTE:
Due to locator pin location on the riser frame, 20 percent seats will not interchange between regular cab vehicles and SuperCab/SuperCrew vehicles.
- Remove the seat cushion.
- While applying slight pressure, pull up at the front edge of the seat cushion, lift the cushion up and pull the cushion out.
- Disconnect the electrical disconnect (if equipped).
- Remove the 20 percent riser-to-floor front bolts.
- To install, tighten to 48 Nm (35 lb-ft).
- Remove the 20 percent riser-to-floor rear bolts
- To install, tighten to 48 Nm (35 lb-ft).
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Check the active restraint system for correct operation. For additional information, REFER to SAFETY BELT SYSTEM .
NOTE:
After installing the seat cushion, make sure the safety belt and tongue are accessible to the passenger.
