Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS)

The anti-lock brake system consists of the following components:
- Hydraulic control unit (HCU)
- Anti-lock brake system (ABS) module
- Rear wheel speed sensor
- Rear wheel speed sensor ring
- Front wheel speed sensors
- Front wheel speed sensor rings
- Yellow ABS warning indicator
- Stoplamp switch
The front wheel speed sensor rings are integral to the front hub and bearing assemblies. For additional information, refer to FRONT SUSPENSION - 4X2 for 2WD or FRONT SUSPENSION - 4X4 for 4WD.
