  1. Remove the 2 brake pedal-to-column brace nuts.
    • To install, tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).
  2. Remove the 4 brake pedal-to-booster nuts.
    • To install, tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).
  3. Position the brake booster assembly forward enough to allow the brake pedal bracket to clear the booster studs.
  4. Remove the brake pedal and bracket.
  5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
