Removal & Installation (Mark VIII)

  1. Raise and support vehicle. Remove front wheels. Remove front brake caliper and pads. See FRONT BRAKE CALIPER & PADS . If caliper does not require service, DO NOT remove brake hose from caliper.
  2. Secure caliper aside. Before removing rotor, mark one wheel hub stud and rotor to aid in assembly. Remove rotor from hub assembly. To install, reverse removal procedure. Bleed brakes. See BLEEDING BRAKE SYSTEM .
