Installation (Van)

- Ensure right rear turbocharger pedestal assembly-to-cylinder block bolt is installed before installing turbocharger onto cylinder block. To install, reverse removal procedure using NEW "O" rings. Ensure seal is properly seated when installing compressor manifold onto turbocharger.
- Ensure all bolts/nuts are loosely installed in exhaust inlet pipes before tightening to specification. Tighten all bolts/nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
