Check external and internal shift linkage, TR sensor adjustment, low internal pressure, valve body malfunction (bolt torque, gaskets and separator plate damaged or positioned incorrectly, manual valve), oil pump (external or internal leakage, gaskets and separator plate damaged or positioned incorrectly, ball missing), low intermediate one-way clutch assembly, low intermediate clutch, oil tubes and seals, low intermediate accumulator.
