DTC B1934 - Low Resistance Or Short In Driver-Side Air Bag Circuit: Description

While the ignition is in RUN position, air bag diagnostic monitor runs periodic checks on resistance of driver-side and passenger-side air bag circuits. Normal resistance from terminal C276-2, circuit 614 (Gray/Orange wire) (driver-side air bag feed) to terminal C276-3, circuit 615 (Gray/White wire) (driver-side air bag return) is 1.4-2.0 ohms. This resistance total results from the sum of components in the circuit. If resistance across these two terminals is less than 2.0 ohms, DTC B1934 will be stored in memory and AIR BAG warning light will flash Code 34. If condition is serviced or corrected, DTC B1934 will be stored in memory.
