Removal & Installation (Mark VIII)

  1. Close moon roof. Unclip front of side shields and swing shields away from rails to access screws. Remove retaining screws.
  2. Remove motor access cover. Remove motor. Remove remaining moon roof rail screws (above moon roof motor). Reaching inside vehicle, carefully push glass panel upward. Lift and slide glass panel and rail forward to remove.
  3. To install, slide panel into housing. Install panel screws. Install motor. Install motor access panel. Adjust panel height. See GLASS PANEL HEIGHT  under ADJUSTMENTS.
