Removal & Installation (Taurus & Sable, ZUA Pump)

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove drive belt. Disconnect power steering left side pressure hose from pump. Remove power steering reservoir pump hose from between pump and reservoir.
  2. Remove 3 pump bolts and remove pump. Remove nut on pump pulley and remove pulley. To install pump, reverse removal procedure. Refill and bleed hydraulic system.
