Front Brake Caliper: Reassembly

Apply a film of clean brake fluid to seal, bore and piston. Install new seal in caliper bore. Install piston squarely in caliper bore. Install dust boot in caliper. Ensure dust boot is secured in groove on piston and caliper. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Bleed brakes. See BLEEDING BRAKE SYSTEM  .

NOTE: If using a "C" clamp to bottom out piston in caliper bore, be sure to use a wood block or an old brake pad between clamp and piston to avoid damage to piston.
