Moving Driver's Side Carrier From B-Pillar (Rear Limit Switch) to A-Pillar (Front Limit Switch)

To move carrier from center body pillar (B-Pillar) to front body pillar (A-Pillar) when the front door is opened (Pin No. 13 grounded), and inertia fuel shutoff switch is set (Pin No. 12 floating), the passive restraint control module will check A-Pillar limit switch (Pin No. 5)

If A-Pillar limit switch is not activated (Pin No. 5 floating), the passive restraint control module will apply power to safety belt retractor motor. This will send carrier from B-Pillar to A-Pillar (Voltage to Pin Nos. 3 and 4, Pin Nos. 2 and 17 grounded) until A-Pillar limit switch is activated (Pin No. 5 grounded). If A-Pillar limit switch is activated (Pin No. 5 grounded) or inertia switch is tripped (Pin No. 12 grounded), the carrier will not move.
