Turbo Control Actuator

  1. Ensure engine is cool. Remove hose connected to actuator. Connect air pressure source to pressure gauge. See Fig 1 . Apply air pressure to actuator.
    CAUTION: DO NOT  allow pressure to exceed 11 psi (.8 kg/cm2 ).
  2. Apply 7 psi (0.5 kg/cm2 ) of compressed air. Ensure actuator rod moves when air pressure is applied. If actuator rod does not move, replace control actuator.
