Fuel Pump Relay: Protege

Remove fuel pump relay (located to right of center console). Check continuity between terminals "C" and "D". See Fig 1 . Continuity should not exist. Apply 12 volts to terminal "A", and ground terminal "B". Continuity should exist between terminals "C" and "D" with 12 volts applied. Replace relay as necessary.
