Throttle Position (TP) Sensor Resistance: Inspection

Disconnect TP sensor connector. Using an ohmmeter, measure resistance between terminals "A" and "C" of TP sensor connector. See Fig 1 . Resistance should measure 4000-6000 ohms. If resistance is not as specified, replace TP sensor.
