Removal & Installation: Axle: Removal

  1. Remove spindle, coil spring and stabilizer bar (if equipped). See SPINDLE  , COIL SPRING  and STABILIZER BAR  .
  2. Remove spring lower seat from radius arm. Remove stabilizer bar bracket and radius arm-to-front axle bolt and nut. Remove axle-to-frame pivot bolt and nut. See Figure . Remove axle.
