SAFING Sensor R & I: Installation

Position sensor to cowl panel, and secure with retaining screws. If proper torque cannot be achieved, replace stripped screw with screw (N802455-S190). To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Tighten screws to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Activate air bag system. Check AIR BAG warning light to ensure system is functioning properly. See SYSTEM OPERATION CHECK .
