Driver-Side Air Bag Module R & I: Installation

Connect air bag module to clockspring connector. Position air bag module on steering wheel. Install air bag module nuts and washers, and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Activate air bag system. Check AIR BAG warning light to ensure system is functioning properly. See SYSTEM OPERATION CHECK .
