- Check EATC System
Test EATC system operation. See EATC SYSTEM TEST under TESTING. Repair as necessary. If system tests okay, go to next step. - Check Memory Power Supply To EATC Module
Turn ignition off. Measure voltage between known-good ground and terminal No. 12 (Light Green/Yellow wire) of EATC module connector. If battery voltage does not exist, go to next step. If battery voltage exists, replace EATC module (control panel). - Check Light Green/Yellow Wire
Turn ignition off. Remove memory fuse No. 9 from instrument panel fuse box. Measure resistance of Light Green/Yellow wire between terminal No. 12 of EATC module connector and output side of memory fuse cavity. If resistance is 5 ohms or less, replace EATC module (control panel). If resistance is more than 5 ohms, repair open Light Green/Yellow wire.
