Main Blower Switch

- Remove blower switch. See BLOWER SWITCH under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. With blower switch connector removed, use self-powered test light or ohmmeter to test switch conditions.
- To test low speed circuit, connect self-powered test light between ground and Black wire terminal. With blower switch in LO position, continuity should be present. Continuity should not be present with blower switch in any other position. Replace switch if it does not test correctly.
- To test medium-low speed circuit, connect self-powered test light between Red/Orange wire and Black wire terminals. With blower switch in medium-low position, continuity should be present. Continuity should not be present with blower switch in any other position. Replace switch if it does not test correctly.
- To test medium-high speed circuit, connect self-powered test light between Light Blue/Orange wire and Black wire terminals. With blower switch in medium-high position, continuity should be present. Continuity should not be present with blower switch in any other position. Replace switch if it does not test correctly.
- To test high speed circuit, connect self-powered test light between Orange/Black wire and Black wire terminals. With blower switch in HI position, continuity should be present. Continuity should not be present with blower switch in any other position. Replace switch if it does not test correctly.
