Removal & Installation (Auxiliary System)

  1. Remove seat behind driver seat. Remove service cover. Discharge A/C system using approved refrigerant recovery/recycling equipment. Disconnect wiring harness from solenoid. Disconnect solenoid from bracket.
  2. Disconnect solenoid valve from liquid line and evaporator core. Cap all lines to prevent entry of contaminants. Remove solenoid from system. See Figure. To install, reverse removal procedure. Use new "O" rings.
