Removal & Installation (Auxiliary System)

  1. Remove seat behind driver seat. Remove service panel. Remove screws from solenoid bracket. Disconnect motor connector. Disconnect blower motor air cooling tube from motor.
  2. Remove remaining screws from motor mounting plate. Remove motor and wheel assembly from housing. Remove hub clamp spring from blower wheel hub and retainer from motor shaft. Remove blower wheel from motor shaft. To install, reverse removal procedure.
