Removal & Disassembly

  1. Remove radiator and fan shroud. Raise and support vehicle. Remove flywheel housing cover. Using a breaker bar to prevent crankshaft from rotating, remove crankshaft pulley bolt and washer. Remove crankshaft pulley. Install Damper Remover (T79T-6316-A2), Adapter (T79T-6316-A3) and Adapter Bolt (T94T-6379-AH3), and remove vibration damper.
  2. Remove 4 oil pump housing bolts. Remove oil pump body and square cut "O" ring. Remove inner and outer oil pump rotors.
