Valve Clearance Check

NOTE:
Valve lifters are set at zero lash. No adjustment is necessary. If valve train has been disassembled or worn parts are suspected, valve clearance can be checked. Maximum gap is 0.185" with lifter collapsed, measured at valve tip-to-rocker arm.
CAUTION:
When battery is disconnected, vehicle computer and memory systems may lose memory data. Driveability problems may exist until computer systems have completed a relearn cycle. See COMPUTER RELEARN PROCEDURES
