Hydraulic Valve Lifters: Installation

Clean outside of valve lifters. Lubricate lifters and bores with engine oil before installation. Install lifters in their original bores. If any NEW lifters are installed, ensure lifter moves freely in bore. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Fill cooling system. Bleed air from system. See COOLING SYSTEM BLEEDING .
