Upper Intake Manifold: Installation

- Ensure gasket mating surfaces are clean and flat. Install NEW gasket on lower intake manifold. If available, install 2 guide pins in opposite corners. Install upper intake manifold and tighten bolts finger tight.
- Evenly tighten bolts to specification. See, in this article, TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Fill and bleed air from cooling system. Refer to COOLING SYSTEM BLEEDING .
