Timing Chain & Sprocket: Installation

Install crankshaft sprocket, camshaft sprocket and timing chain as an assembly. Ensure timing marks are properly aligned. See Fig 1. Apply oil to timing chain and sprockets. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Tighten bolts and nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
