Removal (B2300 & B3000)

- Thoroughly clean engine. Release fuel system pressure. See FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE . Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove air cleaner and intake duct. Remove upper intake manifold and throttle body as an assembly.
- Disconnect fuel supply line from fuel supply manifold. See FUEL LINE CONNECTORS . Disconnect fuel return line from fuel pressure regulator. Disconnect injector electrical connectors and retaining clips. Remove fuel rail. Remove injectors.
