Drive Shaft: Installation

  1. Align marks made previously and slide boot and splined yoke assembly into front output of transfer case. With transfer case still raised, slide drive shaft front flange between front axle housing and starter motor.
  2. Lower transfer case. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Tighten bolts/nuts to proper specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
