Cleaning & Inspection

Clean components with solvent and dry with compressed air. DO NOT  blow dry bearings. Examine pinion and ring gear teeth for scoring, excessive wear and chipping. Check bearing races for deep scores or galling. Check all bearings for pitting and scoring. Replace damaged components.
