Pinpoint Test X - Washer Fluid Level Warning Never/Always On

Check system wiring harness, connectors and fuse. Repair or replace as necessary. If all components are okay, go to next step.
Connect scan tool to Data Link Connector (DLC). Run wiper control functional test. Attempt to turn light off. If light goes off, go to next step. If light does not go off, repair short to ground between light and Generic Electronic Module (GEM).
Disconnect washer fluid level switch wiring harness connector. Using scan tool, access PID WFLUID. If fluid level indication is okay, replace sensor. If fluid level indicates fault, repair short circuit in Red/Light Green wire between instrument cluster and GEM.
