Pinpoint Test Q - Mileage Always Indicates Too High/Too Low

Check speedometer operation. If speedometer operates correctly, temporarily substitute known-good instrument cluster, then retest system. If speedometer does not operate correctly, go to PINPOINT TEST M  .
