Pinpoint Test N - Speed Control Indicator Is Always On

  1. Unplug connector from cruise control servo. Turn ignition on. Wait until prove-out is completed. Observe indicator. If indicator stays on, go to next step. If indicator goes off, replace cruise control servo.
  2. Unplug instrument cluster connector C2. See Figure. If indicator stays on, temporarily substitute known good EIC, then retest system. If indicator goes off, repair Orange/Light Blue wire between speed control servo and instrument cluster connector C2 pin No. 26.
