Upper Control Arm & Axle Bushing: Installation

Hold upper arm in place on front arm bracket. Install NEW pivot bolt and nut. DO NOT tighten at this time. Secure upper arm to axle housing with NEW pivot bolts and nuts.
Bolts must point toward front of vehicle. Raise suspension until upper arm rear pivot hole is in position with hole in axle bushing. Install NEW pivot bolt and nut with nut facing outward.
Tighten upper arm-to-axle pivot bolts and upper arm-to-frame pivot bolts. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS TABLE. Snap parking brake cable into upper arm retainer. Connect height sensor to ball stud on left control arm. Remove supports from frame and axle. Lower vehicle. Turn air suspension switch to ON position.
