Odometer Indication Incorrect

Set ignition switch to RUN position. Observe display (all segments on, then off, and then to normal display). If segments do not operate properly, go to SPEEDOMETER INDICATES 0 MPH AT ALL SPEEDS WITH VEHICLE IN MOTION. If segments operate as specified, replace cluster.
