Display Scrambled, Segments Half Lit (Ghost Segments), Segments Blinking Or Missing, Display Always Incorrect, Display Stuck With All Segments On

Set ignition switch to RUN position. Observe display self-check. All segments should light for one second, go off for one second and then return to normal display. If self-check is okay, system is okay. If self-check is not okay, replace cluster.
