Instrument Cluster: Removal

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove lower trim covers. Remove steering column cover. Disconnect shift indicator cable from steering column. Remove switch module. See SWITCH MODULE  . Remove cluster trim panel.
  2. Remove instrument cluster retaining screws. Pull bottom of cluster toward steering wheel. Reach behind cluster and unplug wiring harness connectors. Swing bottom of cluster out to clear top pad. Remove instrument cluster.
